Community Alternatives of the Black Hills (CABH) Reentry Program – CABH, operated by GEO Reentry Services, offers evidence-based programming including cognitive behavioral groups, family services, employment readiness classes, transition skills, gender-specific programming, employment opportunities, Native American treatment, and budgeting and finance programs to reduce criminal thinking and prepare individuals for a successful transition back to the community.
Pennington County Health & Human Services Rebound Program: it provides County Economic Assistance having the purpose of Health and Human Services County Economic Assistance is to provide emergency assistance for individuals who meet the eligibility criteria as outlined in the Pennington County-approved guidelines and state statutes. This includes economic, medical and funeral assistance.
South Dakota Prisoner Reentry Initiative: Provides Adult Reentry Program having a goal to increase public safety and positive outcomes for offenders by reducing recidivism and improve outcomes for people returning to the community from prisons or jail.
Teen Challenge of Dakota (TCD) Reentry Program – The Re-Entry phase of the TCD program is the last 6 months of the total 16 month program. Students in the Re-Entry phase are assisted in job searching and acquiring full-time employment. They are taught and required to develop a written financial budget. Another emphasis of the Re-Entry program is to engage the men in volunteer service to the local community.
