Okay, you screwed up.
All of us make mistakes in life, except you ended up getting caught and now you have a felony on your record. But does that mean that you’re a bad worker? Does that mean that you’re a bad person?
This is why FelonyRecordHub.com was created. We are the number one website on the internet focused on providing all of the resources that felons need to get a job again.
Embrace the Challenge, and Let It Propel You Forward.

Prof. Ron Stefanski MBA
Founder And Managing Editor
After earning his MBA from Benedictine University, Ron was looking for a new challenge and stumbled on the idea of helping the formerly incarcerated.
After researching to assist a family member with finding work, Ron realized that the information he required wasn’t reliable.
Noticing a need in the market, Ron wrote and self-published Jobs For Felons – 1st Edition which has been shared at numerous inmate facilities and reentry programs across the nation.
Using what he learned in writing that text, Ron developed this website as a free resource and has worked with his team to continue answering questions for those in need. His expertise and assistance has helped over 50,000+ incarcerated individuals find jobs and re-enter back into society.
Dr. Wolf Ph. D
After earning his Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Ohio University in 1982, Dr. Wolf opened a private psychology practice that remained active until 2013.
Beyond his private practice, Dr. Wolf assisted in the successful completion of a writing project about Developing Effective Leadership skills among Federal inmates at the FMC Lexington facility.
His professional history includes extensive research and writing of psychological reports, treatment plans, professional articles, and scholarly contributions to the mental health field. Dr. Wolf personally has a felony on his record and understands the frustration of a job search with this handicap.
We’ve kept his personal information and image off of our website so that he does not experience any professional hardship for his contributions.
