New Jersey Department of Corrections: Department of corrections reentry program for the state of New Jersey.

New Jersey Reentry Program:  The New Jersey Reentry Corporation (NJRC) is a non-profit agency with a social mission to remove all barriers to employment for citizens returning from jail or prison.  The NJRC is premised on the ambition to create an environment which promotes pro-social norms, encouraging the establishment of attachments to positive rehabilitative cultures, strengthening bonds among peers who promote positive norms and values, and promoting family reunification. Participants receive individualized assessments and treatment plans that first address essential needs, including housing, treatment, mental health care, medical care, and access to health insurance and other public benefits to secure these essential needs.

One-Stop Career Center– The New Jersey One-Stop Career Centers is the place to start (for free).  Located throughout New Jersey, One-Stop Career Centers offer services (free of charge) to help you develop the skills needed to succeed in a 21st century work environment.

P.I.C.K. Awareness – P.I.C.K. Awareness” (Parents In Connection for Kids Inc) is a  501(c)3 organization that gives parents, families and communities help and hope in ‘substance abuse’ situations.  They have resources for prevention, addiction, treatment, recovery, mental health, parenting, life skills, nutrition, and much more.

Reentry Coalition of New Jersey – The Reentry Coalition of New Jersey, formerly known as the Coalition of Community Corrections Providers of New Jersey, is a multi-agency trade organization that continues to provide state-of-the-art community-based programs and services.

State of New Jersey Division Community Programs – The Community Programs Division is dedicated to developing, coordinating and managing the provision of quality treatment and services to individuals under parole supervision.

Transition Professionals – Transition Professionals addresses the needs of ex-offenders to ensure transition back into society is a success.  Our programs focus on assisting ex-offenders with housing, education, employment, counseling and recovery.  Pre-release programs include intake, assessment and job readiness.  Post release we also offer Mentoring and Personal Development Training.   Our purpose is to provide ex-offenders all that is needed to be successfully sustained in life after incarceration.
